Washington Screening Criteria

Rental Units are not held, reserved or secured until a rental agreement or reservation deposit has been signed and payment made. We process application very quickly and units rent fast.

We do not accept a comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports.

Washington Screening Criteria:

Deposit is Based on Credit Score and background and rental history.

These are subject to adjustment based on complete credit history, background check and rental history. If an applicant has no credit score due to no activity, we will require a minimum of 1 month’s rent and/or a co-signer.

We can except co-signers* with minimum 720 score and must own a home.

*Co-signer Requirements
  •  Monthly income must be equal to 3 times rent and must be from a verifiable legal source
  •  No adverse rental history
  •  Credit score 700+
